These terms apply when you use the 365Together website or place an order with us. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep access to your phone secure; you're responsible for orders placed from your account. Give us accurate contact, address and bank details.

Pre-owned appliances

• Appliances sold by 365Together are pre-owned and refurbished, not new.
• Each listing describes the unit's age, condition and working status as assessed by our technicians. Photos are of the actual unit.
• Prices include GST unless stated. MRP shown is the approximate price of a comparable new appliance.
• We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available or was listed with an obvious error, and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We don't see or store your card or bank login details.

Delivery

We deliver and install in serviceable pincodes, currently Indore and nearby areas. Delivery dates are agreed with you in your order chat.

Selling to us

Online estimates are indicative. The final price is set after our executive inspects the appliance. Ownership passes to 365Together once you accept the price and we pay you. You confirm the appliance is yours to sell.

Renting

Rented appliances remain 365Together's property. Rent, deposit and tenure are confirmed in your order chat before delivery. Don't move the appliance to a new address without telling us.

Repairs

The repair price is shown in your order for approval before work starts. Replaced parts may be kept by us.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as spoiled food, except where the law says otherwise.
